Thursday, March 14, 2013For someone who graduated Cum Laude, was able to grab a great position in the IT field, received numerous recognition for her works, young and beautiful, who would have thought that climbing the corporate ladder is out of her priorities. Marie is a client of mine who is also my friend for years. She's only 24 years old but she is very responsible when it comes to her finances. She's also a blossoming entrepreneur. This pic shows just some of the things she offers:
She is the lady behind Puto ni Marie (Your Online PutoShop). She sells mouth-watering puto as well as delicious and cutely designed cakes and cupcakes. Marie also sells diaper cakes just because she loves decorating things... and she loves babies too!
Aside from her business, Marie is also into investing through stocks and mutual funds. At this early stage, she is already aiming for financial independence and that is why she makes sure that her money is well taken cared of and not losing its value. How I wish I've realized the importance of financial planning when I was 24! So ladies, I hope Marie would be an inspiration to all of us that its never too young to start planning our finances.
