Congratulations, Janine Tugonon!

Again, another outstanding individual awed, not only the world, but the whole universe with her wit and charm, and showed what the Philippines is made of. Janine Tugonon won first runner up in the Miss Universe 2012 beauty pageant but certainly, you deserve the winning crown! 

Miss Philippines, the only Asian candidate who made it to the Top 10 couldn't have answered it better:
